• Ambika Motors provides commercial vehicle repair, maintenance, diagnostics, spare parts sales, and related workshop services.
• All services are subject to vehicle inspection and availability of required spare parts.
• Service timelines are estimated and may change depending on technical findings, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Initial Estimates: Any quotation or estimate provided before inspection is approximate and subject to change after detailed diagnosis.
• Additional Repairs: If additional repairs are required after inspection, customer approval will be obtained before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.
• Spare Parts: We may use Genuine (OEM), OES, or customer-approved equivalent spare parts based on availability and customer preference.

• Spare parts availability depends on stock and supplier availability.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Electrical and special-order parts may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Warranty on spare parts is subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

• Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and clearly explain reported issues.
• Personal Belongings: Remove all cash, documents, electronic devices, and valuables before handing over the vehicle. Ambika Motors is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Authorization: By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize our technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test the vehicle as required.
• Payment: Full payment must be completed before vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Customers should collect their vehicle as soon as reasonably possible after service completion.
• Vehicles left uncollected for an extended period may incur storage charges after prior notice where applicable.
• Ambika Motors is not responsible for deterioration caused by prolonged vehicle storage.

• Repair warranty, where applicable, covers only the specific repair or replaced part.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, overloading, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by another workshop after our service.
• Manufacturer warranty terms apply to eligible spare parts.

• By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related communications through WhatsApp, phone calls, or SMS.
• Service reminders, quotations, invoices, payment confirmations, repair updates, and spare parts availability notifications may be shared electronically.
• Customers may request to stop receiving promotional messages at any time.

• Ambika Motors is not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden mechanical failures, or normal wear and tear discovered during servicing.
• We are not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, transportation issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Vehicle test drives may be performed when necessary for diagnosis, repair verification, or quality assurance.

• Product images, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of website content is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.
