At Ambika Motors, we strive to provide reliable commercial vehicle repair, maintenance, and genuine spare parts. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to our services and products.
1. Service Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a service appointment before work has started without any cancellation charges.
- If repair work has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible until the work completed and the parts already used have been paid for.
- Any diagnostic or inspection charges already incurred shall remain payable.
2. Refund Policy for Services
- Payments made for completed repair or maintenance services are generally non-refundable.
- If a payment has been made due to an incorrect billing or duplicate transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
3. Spare Parts Returns
- Spare parts may be returned only if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within the applicable return period, subject to inspection and approval by Ambika Motors.
- Electrical parts, special-order items, lubricants, opened products, and installed spare parts are generally not eligible for return unless found defective.
- Parts supplied against a specific customer order may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
4. Warranty Claims
- Warranty for spare parts is governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty policy.
- If a part is found defective under warranty, it will be repaired, replaced, or handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Labour charges may not be covered unless specifically stated under the applicable warranty.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days after successful verification.
- The actual credit timeline may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Diagnostic charges.
- Labour charges for completed work.
- Custom ordered spare parts.
- Transportation, towing, or emergency roadside assistance charges, if applicable.
